Application for position as 1st year apprentice
Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
We are seeking a 1st year apprentice to join our team at our Cardiff workshop.
Expressions of interest from other applicants (ie 2nd/3rd year or tradesmen) also welcome.
Start date: November/December 2023
The role will involve:
- Work in our fabrication shop, welding, cutting, drilling, preparation of parts
- Assisting tradesman
- Work onsite with team during installs
- Cleanup
- Driving, pickup of materials and parts
- Attendance at TAFE
You will learn:
- Welding
- Fabrication & assembly
- Marking out
- Installation techniques on job site
The ideal candidate will be; punctual, reliable, clean presented and mechanically minded. They will be keen to learn and progress their skills.
