How to organise a project with NewyFab?
At NewyFab we can provide a complete service from measure to installation.
For public customers organising a custom made job can sometimes seem intimidating, we hope that the overview below will assist.
1. Collect your ideas
Explore ideas about the style for your project. Choose from our catalogues & website images.
If you would like a more custom style please provide a reference image or sketch
2. Decide surface coating
The surface coating is an important part of any project, for both appearance and corrosion protection.
3. Contact us with your plan
Having a plan will help us provide a smooth service. Email us with your photos or sketch and if possible some rough measurements
4. Receive an estimate
If possible we will work out an estimated cost of your project prior to a site visit
We may request more information from you
5. Organise a site inspection and quote
If you are happy with the estimate and it will suit your budget, organise with us a suitable time to visit onsite for a no-obligation written quote.
6. Quote acceptance
If the proposed work and price is suitable you shall provide written acceptance of the quote (via email) and a deposit as requested in order to book the job in
7. Measure, Order Material & Manufacture
As the deposit is received we will schedule the project and order materials to manufacture in our workshop. We may also require a second site visit for a more detailed measure up.
8. Surface coating
After fabrication the project may be painted at our workshop or we deliver to a third party for galvanising or powdercoating.
Some processes can take upwards of 8 weeks depending on our suppliers workload
9. Installation
When the project is ready we organise a date for installation or pickup. Upon successful completion of the project we will invoice you for the remaining amount.
